Hey guys! Yes I know I'm posting today!! I've been super busy with family and school, but only a few more weeks left until summer break then I'll be back to posting more again! This past weekend I had the photoshoot that some you helped me win, she did post a sneak peek picture of my shoot if you wanted to see it here. I'll get the rest of the pictures in about 3 weeks :)
Anyway today's post is a tape mani! I started with two coats of China Glaze Gaga For Green, on my pointer finger I used a star sticker, you know those little ones teachers use, the other three I used striping tape, I did one thick layer of Essie Tour De Finance. A lot of my fellow bloggers did a tape mani today too so make sure to check out their posts below!
What do you guys think?
Until next time! Happy painting!

Girly Skull Nails
Hey guys! Here today with a super quick and easy mani :) I went to Ulta recently looking for the new Zoya line to no avail because well...the Ulta here sucks! But I did pick up Butter London Disco Biscuit and Knackered :)
So today I have BL Disco Biscuit! She is beautiful!! Hot pink base with purple glass flecks, who wouldn't love this!? It is a bit sheer so I had to use three coats, but it is SO worth it! I then used a black creme polish by Sinful Colors to stamp using the second lilac plate from the group order, both of these stamps today were on the same plate, the puzzle pieces from the last post were on the other :)
I love girly skulls, so I figured with this polish and some black stamping over it, would look amazing :)

Autism Awareness Nails
Hey guys! I know I haven't been posting everyday recently, but as I said in the last post I've been pretty busy with school and the family. So I'm going to work on doing a post every other day :)
Today's post was influenced by the month of April. April is autism awareness month, and as I'm sure many of you do, I have friends with children who are autistic. So this is just a little bit of a reminder to look for the signs early on, and get help! If you're interested in reading a bit more, read this site :)
I started with two coats of Zoya Robyn on all but my ring finger, which I did a base of white. Then using the same Zoya Robyn, Sinful Colors Gogo Girl, Zoya Pippa and Essence Nail Art Twin Bella, I did steps of each color, and stamped using a lilac plate I recently got from a group buy.
What do you guys think?

Purple Water Marble!
Hey guys! I'm sorry I've been slacking and not had a post up daily, but I've been really busy :P It's getting to be toward the end of the semester, so I'll be getting even busier, BUT I do plan on starting a nail art contest here in the next few days!
As those of you that read my last post know, I just did an all pink water marble for my birthday last Thursday and it came out super cute! On my blog's Facebook page I did a poll to see what the majority favorite color was, and purple came out to be the top. So I figured I'd do an all purple marble to please my fans :D That and in PLOP a lot of did a group water marble, and all the posts will be up today, so keep an eye out for the other blogs with marbles today!
So for this marble I used 7 different purples, they are all random on every nail but I'll name the colors off for you guys :) OPI Catherine The Grape, Kleancolor Neon Purple, Sinful Colors Let's Talk, Sinful Colors Verbena, China Glaze Senorita Bonita, Funky Fingers Sugarplum Fairy, Essence Nail Art Twin Gabriella, Essence Nail Art Twin Thelma, and topped it all off with China Glaze Fairy Dust.
What do you guys think? It turned out much better on my left hand, but not horrible on my right :P I think my favorite is my pointer finger on my left hand :)
Until next time! Happy painting!

It's My Birthday!!
Hey guys! Today is my birthday! Yay :D I'm 28 today! Phew I'm getting old :P Nothing too exciting going on since it's a weekday, but we are going to lunch at Olive Garden before old man needs to go to work, and then I get to drive to Fresno (about 45 minutes away) to do a presentation in class (I have distance learning classes), then having a few drinks with my group members. Super exciting huh? ;)
So my favorite color is pink, and I love glitter so I wanted to do something with both of those, what did I decide on? An all pink water marble!! I started with one coat of a white polish (SC snow me white), and used 6 of my pinks. We have Zoya Izzy, Zoya Renee, OPI Flower to Flower, Wet N Wild How I Met Your Magenta, Funky Fingers Queen Cupcake and China Glaze It's Poppin.
I know I still have nubs *sad* but the freaking edges keep breaking on them, so I keep having to file them down, it's driving me nuts, but not a whole lot I can do about it :P Forgive the super smeared "28" I keep forgetting my Nubar Diamont topcoat tends to smear, I need to use my Seche instead when I have any type of art :P
My pinky on my left hand is my favorite!! Which one is yours?
Oh and I figured I would show you the SUPER cute flowers my old man got me, and the presents my bestie sent :) I do these posts the night before, so who knows what else I'll get! ;)
Until next time! Happy painting!

Rainbow Sherbet
Hey guys! Here today with another ice cream themed mani :) The two dippin dots inspired manis I did (here and here) seemed to be well liked, so this time I did it in one of my favorite ice cream flavors! Rainbow sherbet! So this is a super yummy nails full of orange, raspberry, and lime polka dots!
No base color here, just the dots. The pink is Finger Paints pop rock pink, the green is Color Club twiggie, and the orange is Finger Paints circus peanuts. Just using a dotting tool I randomly putting dots everywhere until my nails were full. Easy peasy, but a little bit time consuming.
So tell me guys, what are your favorite flavors of ice cream?
What do you guys think? Ignore the fuzzies on my fingers that I didn't notice until after the pics, lol stupid cotton balls!
Until next time! Happy painting!

Spring Butterflies
Hey guys! Hope everyone had a great Easter! Now that Easter is over, I'm going to try and keep doing spring themed nails. What's more spring than starting to see butterflies on all of the blooming flowers? We've had quite a few little ones around here, so I decided to try my hand at them :)
I started with three coats of OPI sanderella, damn I didn't realize how shear it is! I did the bodies and antennae of the butterflies in WnW ink well, then did the wings with OPI austin-tatious turquoise, and added a few dots with the light purple Barbie Joe Fresh polish.

Lite Brite!!
Hey guys! Here today with what I'm going to call a very unconventional post! Warning, these nails are NOT practical by any means lol. What am I talking about you ask? Well let me tell you! Most of you know that I love to bake, cupcakes are my thing, my kitchen is decorated in them etc. Well my favorite type of sprinkles are the sugar crystal ones, and I have one that is multi-colored. It ALWAYS makes me think about the Lite Brites I had as a kid! Why I'm not really sure, so I was thinking, holy crap I need to put these on my nails! And I did :)
There isn't much explanation here, I used a clear coat and while it was still wet dipped my fingers into the sprinkles one by one. They moved around pretty easily at first, and stuck a bit after the clear coat dried. It was still super easy to get them off, hence why it's not practical. But it sure does look neat!
What do you guys think? Am I loosing my mind or does it look like Lite Brite pieces?
Until next time! Happy painting!

Girly Easter Eggs
Hey guys! Here today with another Easter themed mani, this one isn't so obvious, but I'm digging it ;) I went through my polishes looking for ones I hadn't used before, and I came across a few that I got in a secret Santa swap from the lovely Kayla. Me being in the states I don't have access to Joe Fresh polishes, so the only ones I have are from her :)
These three beauties came in a pack together, they are all Barbie polishes :) They are mini polishes, which isn't normally a problem, but man the brushes are short on these! I still worked with it though! They also don't have names, there is a light pink, medium pink, and light purple. The three work great together.
My idea for this mani was to do egg shapes in the three colors randomly on my nails to make it look like eggs laying on top of each other. Not too sure it comes across that way, but I'm still really happy with it. They are super girly and spring-ish to me :) So it works! I used a dotting tool to make all the shapes :)

Bunnies and Carrots!
Hey guys! Sorry about the lack of a post yesterday, I was slacking! But I'm here today with something super cute to make up for it! I wanted to do something else with bunnies since Easter is only a few days away, but I didn't want to do the same thing that I had done on the other two, so I got to thinking. What do bunnies love? Carrots! I know the bunny we used to have did anyway, his name was Muffin :)
So I didn't want to do the normal Easter pastel colors for this one, I decided to do a matte background instead for a bit of a change. I started with two coats of Nicole by OPI wild blue yonder matte, the bunnies are just a plain ol white (the same one I always use, it's SC snow me white), the pink in the ears and the noses of the bunnies is OPI the lifeguard makes me blush. The carrots are Julep Hayden, with the darker orange stripes of Loreal boozy brunch, and the leaves are Color Club Twiggie.
I was super happy with how they came out, I think they are adorable! And the old man loved the expressions on the bunnies faces, heh ;) It's the same look our dogs get when they are licking a bowl or something, we call it crazy eyes ;)

Candy Buttons!
Hey guys! After yesterday's fail, which I realized after posting was April 1st (how ironic!) I wanted to do something fun! I got to thinking about old school candies, and my childhood in general. We were recently in Toys R Us and we saw they still make candy buttons too, so that was my inspiration for today :)
This is something else that's super easy to do! I did two coats of white polish, the blue is Finger Paints blue raspberry taffy, the yellow is Zoya Pippa, and the pink is Sinful Colors creme pink. I tried to line them up as best I can, they aren't perfect but I think they turned out pretty damn cute!
Geez this is a short and sweet **pun intended** post today!

Leopard Fail
Hey guys! Today I'm going to say is a bit of a fail...Brendan didn't nap long enough for me to actually do my nails, AND I had two breaks that forced me to cut my nails down to nubbins **the horror!!!** so I went and dug through my nail stuff and found some Kiss nail strips that I bought what seems like forever ago. They are super cute pink on pink leopard, so I thought win right? Quick easy and cute?! Well no...
I applied them like it said to do and filed the ends or extra off like it said to...well they ripped and had jagged edges, and I had a few folds in them too. As hard as I tried I couldn't get them to not fold over like that...but it is what it is. Like I said the pattern is great, and I love it, but eh. I don't think I'll use them again. Maybe they would be better when I don't have nubs? Who knows! Have any of you guys tried them?
Until next time! Happy painting!
